About the shop

A workshop brand built to make used bikes feel intentional.

Ours is a small-batch rebuild shop where every bike goes through the same standard before it’s sold, so you get a better story and a better finish than a typical used listing.

Why Foundry exists

I got tired of the used-bike gamble.

This shop exists because buying a used bike shouldn’t feel like a bet.

I spent years chasing “great deal” listings that turned out to be anything but: a frame with hairline cracks hidden under fresh paint, a “barely ridden” bike with a bottom bracket that ground like gravel, sellers who couldn’t answer a single question about the parts on their own bike. Every time, I was betting real money on a photo and a feeling.

Foundry exists so you don’t have to make that bet. Every bike gets the same inspection, the same documentation, and the same honest answer about what it actually is, so buying a rebuilt bike feels like a decision instead of a gamble.

Brand position

Premium, direct, and easy to understand.

This is a workshop, not a classifieds ad.

Every bike gets the same attention: real cleaning, safe function, a documented build, and a finish that looks intentional, not just wiped down for the photos.

Operating rule

Do the right amount of work for the frame.

The best build isn’t the most expensive one. It’s the one that fits what the frame actually is.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold aren’t just labels. They tell you upfront what kind of rebuild this frame got, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Trust signals

What you see is what actually got checked.

No hidden steps and no surprises after you buy.

Clear labeling

Every bike lists what it is, what frame it came from, and exactly what the rebuild included.

Visible inspection

The full 30-point checklist comes with the bike, not a summary.

Short guarantee

You get 30 days to bring it back for adjustments. No fine print, no runaround.
